Requirements:
Internet Access
User must be a valid Notary Public
All loan documents must be iSignRoom compatible. (All electronic documents generated by Digital Delivery, Inc. are compatible, logged on our servers, and retrievable by this app)
Loan Originator must be registered with MERS
Must have a valid MERS MIN (loan identification number)
